Complaints Procedure

  1. This Procedure relates to complaints against Christopher Wright of Kendrey Consultancy Limited, made in respect of his professional activities as a Mediator.

  2. At first instance you should raise your complaint with Christopher Wright in writing and copy in the other party to the Mediation when there has been a formal appointment of him (made by you signing his terms and conditions) to act as a Mediator in a dispute, whether or not a hearing has actually taken place before him. If there has not been any formal appointment you do not need to copy in the other party.

  3. Your initial written complaint may be made by email and in addition shall be sent to him c/o Kendrey Consultancy Limited at 30 Kendrey Gardens, Twickenham, TW2 7PA, United Kingdom, by Special Delivery post, or equivalent, so that you have proof of posting and it shall be deemed to have been received either on the date of the email, or where it is only made by post, upon the second working day after the date of posting. Subsequent communications may take place by email alone.

  4. The written complaint must contain a clear description of the nature of the complaint, the names of the party/parties and must contain any material dates

  5. Christopher Wright must acknowledge your complaint in writing to the initial complaint within 5 days of the date of its deemed receipt by him.

  6. Christopher Wright must arrange for the complaint to be investigated by somebody other than himself, and he will ordinarily notify you of the outcome in writing within 21 days of the complaint being received. However sometimes it may be necessary for the external investigator to have longer than 21 days, in which case you will be notified in writing.

  7.
